After our consultation, a planning fee is collected before proposal design begins. This allows us to begin the research and design process with clients who are ready to move forward thoughtfully. It also honors the time, expertise, and relationships involved, including the trusted hotels, guides, drivers, and local partners we often consult to create the right experience.

From there, we create a personalized travel proposal with thoughtful recommendations for your destinations, accommodations, experiences, transfers, and overall trip flow. We then fine-tune the details together so your Europe trip feels personal, realistic, and aligned with the way you actually want to travel.

Step 3 - Booking Finalized

Once the proposal is approved, we handle the reservations and coordinate the important details. From hotels and tours to transfers and trusted local partners, our goal is to make sure the pieces of your trip fit together smoothly.

Step 4 - Pre Trip Meeting

Before you leave, we meet again to walk through your itinerary, travel documents, what to expect, and any last-minute questions. This is where you get the confidence and clarity to arrive in Europe feeling fully prepared.
