Europe-only travel planning

Europe, thoughtfully planned.

Custom European trips designed around your pace, your priorities, and the memories you actually want to bring home. Planned by someone whose work is Europe and nowhere else.

For couples, families, women, and small groups · Led by Kerry-Ann Stephens

A trip to Europe shouldn’t start with 47 browser tabs.

It usually does. Three hotel options in every city. Train schedules that seem to require an engineering degree. Six contradictory opinions about how many days Rome needs, and a growing suspicion that you should have started this months ago.

The information isn’t the problem; there’s more of it than ever. The problem is that none of it knows anything about you, and none of it can tell you which of the 47 tabs actually matters.

That’s the part a person does.

Meet your travel specialist

Hi, I’m Kerry-Ann.

I plan trips to Europe — only Europe. That focus is the whole point. When you ask whether four nights is enough in Rome, or whether a hotel sits in the part of Florence you actually want to be in, the answer comes from somewhere real.

I travel to Europe often, and I work with trusted destination specialists across the continent. Between what I have seen myself and what they know street by street, you get the things that never survive a search result: which guide is worth the money, which connection is tighter than it looks, where the good afternoon is hiding.

I’m also a wife of more than two decades and a mother of four, which is its own kind of qualification. I know what it takes to get everyone somewhere and have it be a good time.

Why Bound for Europe

What you’re actually paying for.

01

A trip that actually flows

Transfers, hotel locations, timing, and how full each day is planned together as one thing. Most exhausting European trips aren't over-ambitious, they're just badly sequenced.

02

Guidance from people who know the ground

Recommendations come from places I have traveled myself and from the destination specialists I work with in each country; not from whatever ranked highest this month. Their local knowledge is a real part of what you are getting, and it is why the advice holds up in places I have not personally stood.

03

Fewer, better choices

You don't need forty hotels in Florence. You need the three that fit how you travel, and a straight answer about the difference between them.

04

Support while you are there

A trip does not always go to plan. A driver runs late, a booking needs moving, something closes unexpectedly. You have in-destination support teams to call on while you are traveling. Problems get handled by people who are close by. You are not left to solve them alone in a country where you do not speak the language.

How it works

Six steps, and I handle most of them.

Starting is the easy part. Here is exactly what happens after you do.

  1. 01

    Complete the inquiry form

Where you are thinking of going, when, who is coming, and what would make the trip worth it. This is how every trip starts; it is also how I make sure I can genuinely help before we spend an hour on a call.

  2. 02

    We talk it through

A 30-minute conversation, no charge. I will be honest about what works, what does not, and whether I am the right person for the trip you have in mind.

  3. 03

    The planning fee is paid

If we are a good fit, the planning fee is paid before any design work begins. It starts at $250 and is quoted during our call, so you know the number before you decide. Nothing is researched or proposed until this step is done.

  4. 04

    Your trip gets designed

Destinations, pacing, hotels, experiences, and how the days connect are proposed, then refined together until it reads like your trip.

  5. 05

    Everything gets booked

Once you approve the final proposal, I move into the booking stage. All elements of the trip are coordinated and confirmed, and checked against each other so nothing collides.

  6. 06

    You leave prepared

A pre-trip walkthrough before you go: the itinerary, the documents, what to expect, and every question you have been saving up.

  7. Ready when you are.

Traveler stories

In their words.

“Kerry-Ann thoughtfully planned every detail of our anniversary trip to England, and even prepared me for things I didn't know that I didn't know. It took the overwhelming task of planning off my plate and allowed me to just show up and enjoy myself. So grateful that we found her.”

“My wife, our 4-year-old daughter, had an incredible trip to England, where we walked the 100-mile Cotswold Way in early spring. Kerry-Ann thought through every detail, from transportation with the appropriate car seat to spacious family-friendly accommodations, transfers, hotels, luggage moves, and recommendations. We never had to worry about logistics; we were able to simply enjoy the journey.”

Hosted Journeys

Some trips are better taken together.

A few times a year I host small groups of women somewhere in Europe. Everything is planned. Nothing is compulsory. You can come on your own without being paired with a stranger, and you won’t eat dinner alone unless you want to.

They’re for the women who keep putting the trip off because organizing it is one more thing; and who would quite like someone else to handle it for once.
