TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bound for Europe
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the services provided by Bound for Europe (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Bound for Europe.

By accessing the website or engaging Bound for Europe’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Bound for Europe provides comprehensive travel planning and consulting services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Customized itinerary creation
• Recommendations for accommodations, activities, and transportation
• Guidance and support for trips within Europe

These services are designed to deliver a personalized travel experience, but we do not act as the provider of individual travel components such as flights, accommodations, or tours.

A non-refundable planning fee starting at $250 is required to initiate the planning process. This fee covers professional consultation, research, and the development of a customized travel proposal. The planning fee does not include the cost of travel arrangements, which will be quoted separately.

If changes to your travel arrangements are requested after bookings are confirmed:

• A $50 per person change fee will apply for each modification.
• Additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers may also apply.
• Bound for Europe will facilitate changes on your behalf, but any costs associated with such modifications will be the Client’s responsibility.

We highly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Bound for Europe does not provide travel insurance, and the Client is solely responsible for obtaining coverage.

Bound for Europe is not liable for any financial loss incurred on any portion of the trip due to changes, cancellations, delays, or other disruptions, whether on the part of the Client or third-party suppliers.

All travel arrangements facilitated through Bound for Europe are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers (referred to as “Partner Terms”). These may include airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.

• The Client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the Partner Terms prior to finalizing any bookings.
• Payments for travel arrangements must be made according to the policies and deadlines set by the respective suppliers.

The Client is responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information.
• Ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation. It is strongly recommended that you apply for passports as soon as possible if not already obtained.
• Understanding and adhering to the travel requirements of the destination, including health and safety regulations.

Cancellations and refund policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers.

• Bound for Europe is not liable for any penalties, fees, or losses incurred as a result of cancellations.
• Refund eligibility, if any, is determined solely by the policies of the respective suppliers.

Bound for Europe will strive to match your preferences for accommodations, activities, and experiences. However, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Bound for Europe acts solely as a travel planner and intermediary between the Client and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for any:

• Errors, omissions, or actions by third-party suppliers.
• Losses, damages, injuries, delays, or inconveniences incurred during travel.
• Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

The Client acknowledges that Bound for Europe is not responsible for any financial loss related to changes or cancellations by third-party suppliers or the Client, and agrees to indemnify and hold Bound for Europe harmless in such situations.

All content provided by Bound for Europe, including website materials, itineraries, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

Bound for Europe reserves the right to terminate services or cancel a Client’s engagement if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if deemed necessary at our discretion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.  Pronouns used encompass masculine, feminine, or neuter, singular, and plural as context dictates. The term "person" includes individuals, corporations, LLCs, associations, partnerships, LPs, LLPs, trusts, and other entities. Terms such as "include," "exclude," and their derivatives do not imply limitations. References to "day," "month," and "year" correspond to business day, calendar month, and calendar year, respectively, while section references denote specific parts of these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and any contract between you and the Company, the terms of the contract prevail. If any part or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or illegal, the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect. All provisions are binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties.Outside Agents retain the right to assign all rights hereunder at any time without notice or consent. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising from this Agreement must be brought exclusively in Duval County, Florida, either in state or federal court. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on inconvenience. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By engaging Bound for Europe’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the payment of planning and change fees, the recommendation to obtain travel insurance, and the limitations of liability as specified.
