Once we have spoken and agreed the trip is a good fit, this is where the planning fee is paid. Design work begins as soon as it comes through.

What the fee covers
Professional planning fees begin at $250 and vary with the length and complexity of the trip. The fee is quoted after your consultation, before any design work starts.
It covers the research, the itinerary design, and the work of checking everything actually connects. It also reflects the trusted partners and destination specialists who help shape and coordinate the details of every trip. It is separate from the cost of the trip itself, which is quoted on its own.
The planning fee is non-refundable. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; card details are never entered on or stored by this website.
